  • Delivery time

    The delivery time is 1 to 2 business days if the product is in stock. If the product has been ordered for you, this can take approximately 7 to 10 days.

  • Deliveries within the Netherlands

    Orders delivered in the Netherlands under €80 will be charged €6.95 in shipping costs. Above €80 shipping is free.

  • Deliveries outside the Netherlands

    To date we only ship to Belgium. Shipping costs are €8.50 and delivery time is approximately 1 to 3 business days.

  • Pick up time

    If the product is in stock, you can usually pick it up the same day or week. See the opening hours of our store. Has the product been ordered for you? Then it can take about 5 to 7 days.

  • Ready for pick up

    Always wait for confirmation that your product is ready to be picked up. This is a separate email, not your order confirmation.

  • Pick-up receipt

    To pick up a product, you must have the pick-up receipt with you. This can be an email or your account page, with the order. We do not provide pick-up orders based on screenshots.
