Tabletop Realm BV Return Policy

At Tabletop Realm BV we strive for satisfied customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order.

Right of withdrawal

• You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

• The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the product.

• To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

Returns conditions

• The product must be returned unused, undamaged and complete in the original packaging.

• Products that have been opened, such as paint or items considered to be paint or glue, cannot be returned.

• Incomplete, damaged or used products are not eligible for return.

• For sealed products: if the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.

Costs and reimbursement

• You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

• We do not charge any restocking fees.

• Within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation notice and the product, we will refund the full purchase price, including any standard shipping costs for the outward shipment.

Exceptions

• Products whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which we have no influence.

• Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.

• Products which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Return procedure

1. Register your return via info@tabletoprealm.nl

2. Pack the product carefully in the original packaging.

3. You can send the package to the return address provided by us or physically return the product to our store.
