Terms and Conditions – Tabletop Realm B.V.

Welcome to Tabletop Realm B.V. These terms and conditions apply to all agreements, products, and services provided by our webshop and physical store.

1. General

1.1. By placing an order with Tabletop Realm B.V., you agree to these terms and conditions.

1.2. Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

2. Offer and Prices

2.1. All offers and prices are non-binding and subject to potential typing errors.

2.2. Product prices may fluctuate due to changes in the financial market over which we have no influence.

2.3. All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders and Delivery Times

3.1. Orders can be placed via our website or in our physical store.

3.2. Delivery time is 1 to 2 business days if the product is in stock.

3.3. Products specifically ordered for you have a delivery time of approximately 7 to 10 days.

3.4. Delays at our suppliers may occur. In the event of a delay, we will inform you immediately to keep you updated.

4. Delivery and Shipping Costs

4.1. Deliveries within the Netherlands * Orders under €80.00: shipping costs of €6.95.

  • Orders over €80.00: shipping costs of €2.99.

  • Delivery time: 1 to 2 business days (if in stock).

4.2. Deliveries to Belgium * Shipping costs: €9.45.

  • Delivery time: approximately 1 to 3 business days.

5. In-Store Pickup

5.1. Pickup Time * If the product is in stock, it can usually be picked up the same day or week during our opening hours.

  • For specially ordered products, a pickup time of approximately 5 to 7 days applies.

5.2. Ready for Pickup * Always wait for the confirmation that your product is ready for pickup. This is a separate email and not your initial order confirmation.

5.3. Proof of Pickup * To pick up a product, you must present proof of pickup. This can be the confirmation email or your account page showing the order.

  • We do not release pickup orders based on screenshots.

6. Use of Facilities

6.1. It is not permitted to consume your own food or drinks at our location (with the exception of a bottle of water), as we sell these items in our establishment.

6.2. Table reservations can be made via our website. Walk-ins are always welcome, but reserved tables take priority.

7. Payment and Purchase Agreement

7.1. The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment payment is received.

7.2. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website or in-store.

8. Warranty and Complaints

8.1. Product quality and warranties are handled through the supplier and the manufacturer.

8.2. We will contact the supplier or manufacturer on behalf of the customer where possible or as otherwise indicated by them.

8.3. Complaints must be reported within a statutory period after discovery, at the latest within two months.

8.4. Complaints can be reported via our contact page.

9. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

9.1. For our return policy, please refer to our separate Return Policy page.

10. Liability

10.1. Tabletop Realm B.V. is not liable for damages resulting from the use of our products, unless there is evidence of intent or gross negligence.

10.2. Our liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price of the product in question.

11. Force Majeure

11.1. In the event of force majeure, Tabletop Realm B.V. reserves the right to dissolve the agreement without any obligation to pay damages.

12. Privacy

12.1. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy statement.

13. Applicable Law and Disputes

13.1. All agreements and these terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.

13.2. Disputes should preferably be resolved through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Tabletop Realm B.V. is established.
